This is me, Louise a radio presenter, speaker and therapist. I was diagnosed with ASD as an adult after I had my children. They are both on the autistic spectrum too.

I was delighted with my diagnosis when it finally came. I fought hard to get it. I then felt lost. I found it difficult to bring together all the elements of myself so lost over the years. Now I want to celebrate difference, life and seeing the world in a unique way, through humour and self reflection.
